My focus is on creating modern wood furniture as a way to enrich our well-being and restore a simple dignity to everyday living. I believe our homes can become sanctuaries when we surround ourselves with thoughtful design and exceptional craftsmanship.

I draw inspiration from various sources: the practical simplicity of Shaker furniture, the carefully balanced minimalism of Japanese woodworking, the spaciousness of Scandinavian and sensuality of Italian Modern designs.

My designs favour concise, elegant forms that are harmonious with their surroundings. Using only quality hardwoods and taking care to select each piece of lumber for its grain, strength, and stability, each furniture piece is meticulously crafted using time honoured joinery techniques. In this way my work aspires to bring simple pleasures to our daily lives.
